  4. The Vegematic I purchased from you on May 15, 1986 turned
  5. out to be quite a disappointment.  While it looked the same
  6. as the one I saw in your commercial, it did not perform in
  7. the same way.

  9. Following the instructions, I placed an onion in its proper
  10. position and pushed down on the mincer, which immediately
  11. bent out of shape.  I experienced the same problem when I
  12. attempted to dice a carrot.

  14. Therefore, I am returning the Vegematic to you and ask that
  15. you issue me a full refund.  I am not interested in receiving
  16. a replacement.
